The ‘Compagnie des Guides de Peche’ is the official alliance of Lozerian guides. All are licensed and regulated by the regional fishing federation and only after long experience and intimate association with the region’s ecology, climatic conditions and diverse fishing habitats.
The favoured local method is ‘nymph a vue’ (stalking) and in the mountain-clarity of water this can often present very challenging sport. But rest assured, whatever your level of expertise, Lozerian guides will place you on waters that match your skills and offer maximum opportunities to catch that never to be forgotten fish (whether a lightening quick, small mountain Fario, or that savage deep-lying trophy specimen).
